As one of the original directors of David Martin Estate Agents Tiptree, Stephen has over 40 years’ experience as a residential sales and lettings specialist and property valuer. Having worked within the housing market since leaving education, Stephen has gained an abundance of experience and knowledge, which is reflected in his thorough and competitive market valuations. As well as valuations, Stephen is at the forefront of the business, overseeing sales progression, sales negotiations, and viewings, ensuring everyone is constantly kept up to date with the latest properties and sales respectively. Aside from the job, Stephen enjoys keeping active with tennis and golf, as well as spending time with his children and partner.
