As one of the original director of David Martin Estate Agents Tiptree, Stephen has over 35 years’ experience as a residential sales and lettings specialist. Having worked within the housing market since leaving education, Stephen has gained an abundance of experience and knowledge, which is reflective by his thorough and competitive market valuations. As well as valuations, Stephen is at the forefront of sales progression and viewings, ensuring everyone is constantly kept up to date with the latest properties and sales respectively. Aside from the job Stephen enjoys keeping active with tennis and golf, as well as walks with his children and Labrador.
